L & T Construction

We are currently out in Laduna Village working on the solar power plant. Our base of operations is right in 26 Mega Ward. It is quite a long way from the main city, located in the Mansuar District, so it is a different kind of life out here. The office is basically just a temporary setup at the construction site. It's usually covered in a bit of dust because of all the work going on around us. We spend most of our time outside anyway, checking on the solar panels and making sure the installation is going according to the plan. It’s hot work under the sun, and there isn't much shade until you get back to the office. We have a lot of local workers from the village who help us out. It is a big project, and things can get a bit messy with all the equipment and materials lying around. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that. We just have what we need to keep track of the progress. Most days we are just wearing our boots and safety gear, walking the site. It’s a quiet area when the machines aren't running, but that doesn't happen very often during the day. We just focus on building the plant and making sure everything is connected right. It is honest, hard work and we take it one day at a time.
