TeamYash Consultancy Private Limited is tucked away in Village Madhukarpur, over in Ward No 7. It is a quiet spot in Bagha, Sitamarhi. We have been operating from this village for some time now. It is a small operation, really. Just a few rooms where we sit and talk to clients about their consultancy needs. You won't find any glass walls or high-tech gadgets here. We use what we have and we work hard. The walk to the office is nice, especially when the weather is good. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual village stuff, like the occasional stray cow or a loud tractor passing by. It makes the workday interesting. Most of the staff live nearby, so nobody has a long commute. We know the local problems and try to help out with the business side of things. Sitamarhi is home for us. We started this consultancy because we wanted to work for ourselves and help others in the area do the same. It is not a complicated life. We open up in the morning, do our tasks, and close up when the work is finished. People from the village stop by to chat even when they don’t need business advice. It is that kind of place. We appreciate the slow pace of Madhukarpur while we handle the busy paperwork for our clients. It is just a group of us in a village doing our bit.
