We are located in Purandaha Rajwaramai Tola, which is in the Sonbarsa area of Sitamarhi. Upendra Paswan is the one in charge here at Ward Number 05. This is a very rural part of Bihar, and that’s exactly where we need to be. Musharniya Krishiyantra is all about farm tools and machinery. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a yard and a small building where we keep the equipment and talk to the local farmers. The roads out here can get really bad when it rains, so getting machines in and out is a bit of a struggle sometimes. We aren't some big multinational corporation; we are just local people who understand what it’s like to work the land in Sitamarhi. The work is loud and can be quite dirty, with grease and oil and mud everywhere. We spend most of our day explaining how the machines work or trying to fix something that broke in the field. It’s a simple life, but it’s busy. There’s always someone stopping by the Tola to ask about a piece of equipment. We don't have any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth is how people find us. It’s just an honest business run by people who live right here in the village. We’re just trying to provide the right tools so the work in the fields gets a little bit easier for everyone.
