Mithilanchal Constech Services is based right here at House Number 1 in Sursand. We are staying at Shatrughan Thakur’s place. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in the Asli area. We do construction and technical services, mostly for the people around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our files and meet up in the mornings before we head out. Sursand is a small place, so we end up seeing the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't interested in being a giant company. We just like to do our work and go home. Some days the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We use simple tools and try to be as efficient as we can without overcomplicating things. If you walk by H.No. 1, you'll probably see us talking about some blueprint or checking supplies. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't have a marketing team or a PR person. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. It feels good to build things in your own hometown. We keep our doors open for anyone who wants to talk about a project or just needs some advice on building stuff. It is a long road but we enjoy the journey.
