Miranda Heights Construction Private Limited operates out of Dulah Chak in Panch Bakhri West. We are based at Shailendra Vermadulah Chak's place. It’s a quiet enough area but we keep ourselves very busy with various construction projects. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on residential and local buildings. The work isn't always glamorous, it’s mostly about managing labor and making sure the supplies like sand and gravel show up on time. Shailendra helps keep things organized here at the base. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people in the community knowing who we are and what we do. We like to keep things simple and direct. When we start a job, we try our best to stick to it until it’s finished. In Dulah Chak, everyone knows everyone, so your reputation is really just based on the work you do. We handle the day-to-day struggles of construction, like dealing with site issues or managing the budget for a project. It’s not always a smooth process, but we’ve learned how to handle the bumps along the way. We are just a group of people trying to build things right in Panch Bakhri West. We don't use corporate talk because that’s not who we are. We are just workers and builders who live and work right here in the neighborhood every day of the week to make things better.
