Khyati Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Sitamarhi. Specifically, we are over at Shankar Chowk, which is near the Ram Krishna School. It’s a busy little area. The company is registered under Smt. Jahanvi Devi, who is the wife of Amit Kumar. We are local people through and through. Building things in Sitamarhi has its own set of challenges, like getting the right materials delivered when the market is crowded. We spend most of our mornings checking on projects and the afternoons dealing with paperwork or meeting folks who want to build something new. There is always a lot of noise from the school nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Whether it is a small house or a wall, we treat it the same. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the guys on site. We’ve seen the town change over the years, and we are glad to be a part of the growth here. Sometimes we run into issues with the weather, especially during the monsoon, but we manage. People around Shankar Chowk know us, and we like it that way. No corporate talk, just plain work. We try to stay organized but things can get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at the same time. That is just part of the business for us.
