KAUSIK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here at Kamala Pd. Singh’s place in Ward Number 11. It is a quiet part of BansiRauta in Saur Bazar. I am one of the guys working at KAUSIK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PRIVATE LIMITED. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials and making sure the trucks can get through the narrow roads around Panch-Rauta Khem. It isn't always easy because the weather changes fast here and the dust gets everywhere when we are digging. Most of our work is just basic building stuff for people nearby. We have a small office setup where we keep our papers and talk to anyone who drops by with questions about their house or a wall they need put up. Sometimes we are busy with three things at once and other days we are just waiting on the rain to stop so we can get back to the site. The neighbors know us because we’ve been around BansiRauta for a bit now. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the daily work. If you walk past Ward 11, you will likely see someone from the team sitting out or moving some rebar. It is hard work and the sun gets pretty hot in the afternoons but that is just how it is in this business. We try to keep things simple and not make a big fuss. It’s just how we get through the week around here. We also drink a lot of tea to stay focused.
