Our office is located at Hari Niwas, right inside the India Machinery Campus in Bahadurpur. It’s an industrial kind of area, which fits what we do perfectly. Instroll Cement Private Limited started because there was a clear need for reliable cement supplies in this part of town. We’re based out of Usha Devi’s property. It’s a practical location where we can keep an eye on things. We don’t bother with much decoration or anything like that. The focus is always on the cement bags and making sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. You can hear the machines from the neighboring businesses all day, which is just the way it is in Bahadurpur. We’ve got a small team that handles the loading and the paperwork. It’s not a corporate environment; we usually just sit around a wooden desk and sort things out as they come. Sometimes the delivery schedules get messed up by traffic or weather, but we do our best to stay on top of it. People around here know where to find us if they’re starting a new construction job. We like being in the machinery campus because it feels like we’re right in the middle of the action. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big website or fancy flyers. We just show up every morning, check the inventory, and get to work. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours.
