Hunnu Fiour Mill (Opc) Private Limited is run by Saroj Kumar Ranjan, who is the son of Bindeshwar Ram. We are located in Bishunpur Dhodhani, specifically in Ward 5 of Sitamarhi. If you come by, you’ll see that the air is almost always a little bit white from the flour dust settling on everything. It gets in your hair and on your clothes, no matter how much you try to brush it off. We spend the better part of the day pouring grain into the hoppers and listening to the loud hum of the grinders. It is a noisy place, and you have to yell a bit if you want to be heard over the machines. Sitamarhi is a decent place to be, and being in Ward 5 means we see a lot of the same faces every single day. We don’t have a big team or anything corporate. It is just us doing the daily grinding and bagging. Sometimes the grain isn't as dry as it should be, or the machine acts up, and we have to spend a few hours fixing things with greasy hands. It’s practical work and it’s honest. We don’t spend money on signs or decorations because the people who need flour already know where Saroj is. The building is simple, the work is repetitive, and we just try to get through the orders before the sun goes down and the local area gets quiet.
