We run Chinki Aata Sattu (Opc) Private Limited from a spot in Village Kachvachipur, which is out near Fatahpur Girmishani in the Sitamarhi district. It’s basically out of Chandra Kishor Ram’s place. If you know the area, it’s a pretty quiet part of Bihar most days, though harvest time gets things moving fast. We spend our time working with grains, mostly making aata and sattu that people around here use every single day. The mill can get quite loud and there’s always a fine layer of dust on everything, but that’s just part of the job when you’re grinding grain. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team telling us what to do. It’s mostly just us getting the bags filled and stacked. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a pain, but we just wait it out and get back to work when it comes back on. People around here depend on sattu for their meals, so we try to keep the supply steady. The address is 843302, right in the heart of the village.
