AWI INDIA NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is in Balaha village, which is part of the Panchdharahara area. We are located at Harimadav Singh’s place, he is the son of Rambalak Singh. People in the village know the family, so they know exactly where to find us. It’s a very traditional setting. We don’t have a big office building with elevators or anything like that. It’s just a regular house where we have set aside space for AWI India Nidhi Limited. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We aren’t in a hurry to get things done most of the time. We just like doing things properly, even if it takes a little longer. The village of Balaha is a nice place to be. You can hear the sounds of the farm animals nearby throughout the day. We don’t use a lot of technical words when we are working. We just explain things as they are. Our furniture is old but sturdy. We don't see the point in buying new things just for show. Most of our day is spent handling the basic tasks of the business. We don't have any fancy marketing tools. We just rely on being here every day so people can find us. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We’re just local folks helping out other local folks when they need it. It’s simple and it keeps us busy. We don't pretend to be anything more than what you see. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon.
