Aayansh Hospital & Mgs Nursing Home Private Limited is over in Pariharpur village, right on the Parihar Main Road. We are at Mandira Devi’s place, and she is the wife of Sushil Kumar. Since we are on the main road, it’s pretty easy for anyone in the Parihar block to find us. We run both a hospital and a nursing home, so we see people who are just stopping by for a checkup and others who need to stay for several days. This is a rural area, and we serve a lot of the families who live in the surrounding countryside and small settlements. We don’t have a fancy medical center with high-tech gadgets everywhere. We keep things simple and functional for the needs of our patients. There’s usually a bit of dust from the road and the sound of local buses passing by. The building is just a normal part of the village landscape. Our staff are mostly local people who know the families around here. We don't use complicated language or have corporate rules. People come in, tell us their problems, and we try to help them out. Running a nursing home in a village is a very personal thing because you get to know everyone quite well. We’ve been here at this address for some time now and we just focus on the daily work of caring for patients and keeping the place going. It's hard work, but we like it.
