Shri Pruthvi Enterprises

Our shop is at number 24 on the Hubli Karwar Road in Yellapur. It is a busy spot because so many people are traveling between the two cities. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly things people need for their daily work or small projects. The shelves are a bit crowded, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what someone is asking for. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The road outside is usually full of trucks and buses kicking up dust. We keep the doors open so people can just walk right in. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy displays or bright lights. It’s more of a practical store. We spend our time checking invoices and unloading boxes that arrive from Hubli. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the doorway until it comes back on, talking to whoever happens to be passing by. It’s a quiet life in Yellapur, even with the highway right there. We’ve seen the road change over the years, getting wider and busier, but our little enterprise stays pretty much the same. We just provide what’s needed and keep the books as straight as we can. It’s just an ordinary business serving the folks who live around here or those just passing through on the long drive.
