In the small village of Budhimari, you’ll find our little workplace. We are situated in the Sirsa district of Haryana, far away from the noise of the big metro cities. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy structure that keeps the sun off our heads. We’ve used the simple name "The" for years. We have been part of this village community for many years. Most of the people who work here grew up nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People just know where we are when they need us. The work we do is plain and simple. We don't use big words or complicated processes. We just look at what needs to be fixed or organized and we do it. The office has a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have been here forever. It’s a bit dusty because of the trucks passing by on the main road, but we don't mind. We prefer this kind of life over a shiny office in a city. There’s a sense of belonging here in Sirsa. We know the seasons, we know the neighbors, and we know our job. It’s an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. We don't make big promises; we just show up every morning and do our bit. That is how things have always been for us. It is just how life goes out here in the fields.
