We are located in the village of Budhimari, which is part of the Sirsa district in Haryana. It’s a quiet place, mostly surrounded by fields and open space. Our setup is very basic. We go by the name "The" and we don't have a big staff or any modern office gadgets. It is just a room where we get things done. The village life suits us because it's straightforward. People here don't like a lot of talk; they just want things handled correctly. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time now. The roads get a bit muddy when it rains, and it can get really cold in the winter months, but we stay busy regardless. We don't have a website or a social media page. Most of our interactions happen face-to-face right here in the village. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the work that needs finishing. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No one here wears a suit. We wear what's comfortable for the weather and the work. Our days start early and usually end when the sun goes down. We are just local people working in our own backyard. There is no corporate ladder here, just us and the tasks we have for the day. It’s a humble place, but it’s ours and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
