Rawaley Traders Producer Company Limited

We are over at Shop No 58 in the Saha Anaj Mandi. Being in an Anaj Mandi means we are right in the thick of it. Early mornings are the busiest when the trucks start rolling in and the farmers are bringing their loads. Rawaley Traders is our name, and we are a producer company, which means we work closely with the folks who actually grow the stuff. The air in the mandi is always full of the smell of grain and dust. Our shop isn't big, but it’s right where we need to be. We have a few benches for people to sit on while we talk business. Most of our work is done with a cup of tea in hand, negotiating and checking the quality of what comes in. It’s a loud place with lots of shouting and tractors moving around, but you get used to it. We don't have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. We just focus on the trade and making sure the producers get a fair deal. It is hard work and the hours can be long, especially during harvest season. We see a lot of the same faces every year. It’s more like a community than just a marketplace. We take pride in being a part of the Saha area and helping the local economy move along one bag at a time.
