Md Biocoals Private Limited is situated near Ch. Devi Lal Vidyapeeth on Barnala Road. It’s a good location because the Vidyapeeth is easy for everyone to find. The road itself is quite wide and gets a lot of traffic from people heading out of town. We have a fair amount of space here, but a lot of it is taken up by the things we need for our daily operations. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art. The floors are concrete and the walls are plain. We spend most of our time out in the main area rather than tucked away in offices. There’s a constant breeze coming in through the vents, which helps when the weather gets muggy. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets thirsty work during the peak hours of the day. A few of us have been working together here for years, so we have a rhythm that doesn't require much talking. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, and try to get the heavy lifting done before the afternoon heat sets in. The yard outside has enough room for a couple of vehicles, though it gets a bit tight if we have a lot of stuff arriving at once. It's just a regular workplace where we try to get through the list of tasks every single day without making too much of a fuss about it.
