Manu'S Dine & Takeaway Llp is a small place located care of Gourav Monga on Hps School Road. We are right opposite Shiv Chowk, on that street called Durga Mandir Wali. It is a familiar corner for anyone who lives around here. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The air usually smells like whatever we are cooking that hour, and the sound of the pans clanking is pretty much the soundtrack to our lives. We didn't set this up to be a five-star white tablecloth place. It’s a spot for people to grab a quick meal or take something home to their families after a long day of work. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially during school hours or when people are visiting the temple nearby. We know a lot of the faces that come through the door because they are our neighbors. We handle everything from taking orders to washing the dishes when the help is away. It’s not a glamorous job, and some days are much busier than others, leaving us quite tired by the time we lock up. We focus on keeping the food hot and the containers sealed well for the takeaway orders. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just cook food and sell it to people in the neighborhood. That is the whole story of how we run things here on Hps School Road.
