The road outside can get quite dusty when the wind picks up, and we see a lot of tractors and farm equipment passing by. We have a small office on the plot where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs. We have plastic stools and a few wooden tables. We start our day when the sun comes up and we usually finish when it gets dark. Most of the people working here are from Sirsa or the surrounding villages. We talk about the weather and the crops as much as we talk about business. We don't use big corporate slogans or try to sound like a multinational. We are just a group of people working together at Plot No. 33-12. If you are ever on Handi Khera Road, you will see our gate right there. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s what we know how to do best.
