Haryana Information Computer Technology

Our shop is number 38 in Satguru Markit, right there by Shiv Showk in Sirsa. If you know the area, you know it’s always lively around the chowk. We call the place Haryana Information Computer Technology, which sounds a bit formal, but we’re just a local computer spot. Most days are spent fixing screens or trying to figure out why someone’s laptop won’t turn on anymore. It gets dusty because of the road, so we’re always wiping down the keyboards and monitors. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of spare parts and cables into the back shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools if you want to sit while we look at your machine. Sirsa is home for us, and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners nearby. We aren't some big chain store. If you come in, you’re talking directly to the people who are actually going to do the repair work. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If a part needs to come from out of town, we just say so. It’s simple work, keeping people's tech running so they can get back to what they were doing. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep at it.
