HARNEK ELECTRIC WORKS

HARNEK ELECTRIC WORKS is situated right on G.T. Road in Mandi Dabwali, near the UCO Bank. It is a very busy spot because G.T. Road is always full of vehicles passing through. Being near the bank means there are always people walking by our shop. We handle all sorts of electrical repairs and works. People bring in their motors, fans, or whatever else has stopped working. The shop is filled with the smell of copper wire and solder. We have a lot of old tools that still work better than the new ones. It’s a bit cluttered inside, with shelves full of spare parts we’ve collected over the years. We don't have any fancy displays in the window. Most of our work comes from people in the district who know we’ve been here for years. The noise from the traffic outside is something we don’t even notice anymore. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The team here is just a few local guys who know their way around a circuit. We don't make big promises or use complicated language. If something can be fixed, we fix it. If it can’t, we tell you straight. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay alert. That’s pretty much how life goes for us here in Mandi Dabwali.
