If you’re trying to find us at Era Landmark, the easiest way is to look for the Canara Bank in Upper Bazar. We are right on the street behind it in Modinagar. It’s a busy little area, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to the bank or the shops nearby. Our office is part of the Era Group, and we handle a lot of the land and property stuff for this part of Ghaziabad. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re doing it ten times a day. We have people dropping by all the time asking about plots or looking for someone to explain the latest paperwork. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We aren't big on flashy decorations or fancy reception areas. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the tea guy is late, which is the biggest crisis of the day. We’ve been working out of Modinagar for a while and know the local area pretty well by now. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the work, and talk to the folks who need help with their land records. It’s a job like any other, I suppose, and we’re just glad to have a steady spot in a good location like Upper Bazar. We try to keep it simple and just get through the paperwork without any fuss.
