Kandoi Homes

Kandoi Homes is located at No. 44 in Dwarka Puri. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually pretty calm around here throughout the day. We deal with housing stuff, mostly helping people figure out their living spaces or finding a place to stay. Our office is just a regular building, nothing too special from the outside at all. Inside, it’s mostly desks covered in stacks of papers and maybe a few samples of tiles or kitchen fixtures lying around. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are looking to fix up their houses or move into somewhere new in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of listening to what people want and then trying to find it for them within their budget. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who live nearby and walk to the office. We know the streets of Dwarka Puri like the back of our hands because we've lived here so long. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with home stuff. There’s always someone dropping by for a quick cup of tea or to ask a question about a local property. We try to keep things very straightforward. If something is going to take a month to finish, we just say it’ll take a month. There’s no point in making things sound better than they actually are. It’s a bit cluttered in the office sometimes, but we know where everything is.
