Our office is set up in House No. 1604 over in Sector 20, Sirsa. We chose to work from here because it’s easier to manage things when you’re right in the neighborhood. Devansh Projects started because we saw a lot of building going on around this part of Haryana and figured we should get involved. Most days, the place is a bit messy with blueprints and notes scattered on the desks. We aren’t really the type to wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out the schedule for the next week. Sector 20 is a decent area, quite busy but still has that local town feel. We deal with various small projects, nothing too massive that we can’t handle ourselves. It is hard work sometimes, especially when materials don’t show up on time or the workers have some issue at the site. But we just deal with it. People around Sirsa know where to find us if they need something done. We don’t spend much time on advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from a neighbor or see our name on a board. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We like the pace of life here in 125055.
