DAB BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation located at 312 Street No 5/A in the Aggarsain Colony of Sirsa. To be honest, it is just a regular spot in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this location for some time now, focusing on local building projects and construction needs around the city. Sirsa can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so a lot of our work schedule depends on the sun and the temperature. We start early and try to get the heavy lifting done before the afternoon heat becomes too much for the crew to handle. Our street is usually quiet, but our office stays busy with people dropping by to talk about their house plans or asking when we can start a new project for them. We don't have fancy brochures or a salesperson. Most of our work comes from people in the colony or nearby who have seen what we do and liked it. It’s a straightforward business. We buy the materials, hire the laborers, and make sure the walls go up straight. Sometimes there are delays with the supply trucks or the weather, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is just me and a few others keeping things running. We like being part of Aggarsain Colony because everyone knows each other, and it feels like a real community. If you walk down Street 5/A, you’ll probably see our sign or hear us talking about the latest site we are working on.
