Amit Helpline is located on the first floor, right above Ladha Electricals. We are in Rania Bazar, which is a pretty active part of Sirsa Ho. The area code is 125055. It’s not a very big office, just a room upstairs where we handle whatever comes our way. Being in Rania Bazar means there is always something going on outside our window. We’ve been in this spot for a while and people in Sirsa know the building well because of the electrical shop downstairs. We don't really do any big promotions or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple setup with just the basics—phones, some paperwork, and a few chairs. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the market noise from Rania Bazar, but we don't mind it. It feels like being part of the city. We aren't some big corporate help center, it’s just us here trying to be useful. People usually find out about us through friends or by just seeing our sign when they’re shopping at Ladha Electricals. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and do our job until it’s time to go home. If you’re around Sirsa Ho, you can’t really miss the spot. Just look for the electrical shop and head upstairs to see us. It’s a plain office for plain work and that’s just fine for what we do.
