Shital Transport Co. Pindwara, Sirohi

Shital Transport Co. is a business we run out of Pindwara in the Sirohi district. Our office is right opposite the Bhatakara School, so we hear the school bell ringing all day and see the kids running around. Jaswantmali, who is the son of Kantilalji Mali, is the one in charge here. We are a local transport company and we have been in this spot for many years. Sirohi is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but the transport business still keeps us very busy. We have trucks going out to different parts of Rajasthan and we spend our time talking to the drivers and checking their logs. The office is very simple, just a room with some chairs and a big table for the paperwork. We don't have any fancy computer systems; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. It is a family-run kind of place and we know most of our customers by their first names. We don't do any big advertising or marketing. People just know where we are because we have been opposite the school for so long. Sometimes the weather is bad and the roads get difficult, but we just do our best to keep things moving. It is hard work but it is honest, and we just focus on getting the job done.
