You can find us over at Sarupganj in Pindwara, specifically at Janardan Vaishnavi’s place where Sawariya City Properties Llp is based. It’s a quiet part of Sirohi, and things move a bit slower around here compared to the big cities. We deal with land and houses in the local area, mostly just helping out people we’ve known for years. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some basic furniture and a few maps pinned to the wall with tape. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, visiting different sites and talking to the owners. Rajasthan can get very dusty, so we’re always cleaning off the bikes and the table. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of us keeping track of who is selling what. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People usually just hear about us through word of mouth or see us hanging around the village. It’s about knowing the neighbors and understanding who wants to move where. We handle the documents and the meetings, and sometimes those meetings go on for a long time over several cups of hot chai. It’s just the way things are done in a place like this. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We’re just local people working in the property market here in Sarupganj, trying to keep things organized and making sure the paperwork gets signed eventually.
