The machines at Jolly Ice-Cream Factory in Sheoganj are never really silent. Even at night, you can hear the hum of the cooling units working hard to keep everything frozen inside. It is a lot of pressure, honestly, because if the ice cream melts, we lose all our work for the day. We just keep our heads down and keep the sticks moving through the line. It is a good business to be in when the sun is shining.
