Dream Placement

Our office is at number 21 in Sai Baba Colony, over in Santpur. It is in Abu Road, which is part of the Sirohi district. It is a small place where we help people find work. We get a lot of young folks coming in with their certificates and big hopes for the future. We sit down with them and try to see where they might fit into a job. It is not always easy because the job market changes so much and people want different things. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few plastic chairs for people to wait in and a desk where we keep all the records. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait it out. It is a bit far from the main city center, but people still find their way to us in Sai Baba Colony. We don't have any fancy software to do the matching; it is mostly us remembering who needs what. We spend a lot of time talking to local business owners to see if they are hiring. It is a lot of legwork and phone calls. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just a local spot in Abu Road trying to help people get a paycheck. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. That makes the long days in the office worth it for us.
