Bhagyalaxmi Industries is situated at Plot No. A11 in the Ricco Growth Centre, Phase II, Maval. This is an industrial area, so it is not exactly a scenic place to work. It is all about production and getting things done. We spend our days on the factory floor or in the small office area we have set up. There is always the sound of machines in the background and the smell of grease and metal. Maval is a practical place for a business like ours. We do not have any corporate frills here. It is just a lot of hard work and making sure the orders are filled correctly. We keep an eye on the machines and the workers to make sure everything is moving like it should. Sometimes the heat in the sheds gets to be a bit much, but we just keep going. It is a very hands-on type of business. We deal with suppliers and truck drivers all day long. There is always a lot of loading and unloading happening at our gate. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to make sure the work gets done and the products are sent out. It is a straightforward way to make a living, and it keeps us on our feet from morning until night every single day.
