Bhagya Lakshmi Senetory Store

Our shop is located in Pindwada, right where Palace Road and Gaurav Pant Road meet. It’s a busy corner of the town. We sell all sorts of sanitary items, from pipes and taps to bigger things like sinks and tanks. The shop is filled with stacks of PVC pipes and boxes of brass fittings. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we manage to find what the customers need eventually. We spend a lot of time talking to local plumbers and builders who stop by to pick up supplies for their jobs. We’ve been here in Pindwada for quite some time now, and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a family-run store. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us helping out and moving the heavy stock around. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the construction materials, and we have a small desk in the back where we keep the hand-written bills. We don't do any flashy marketing or sales pitches. People come to us because they know we have the parts they need to fix a leak or finish a bathroom. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road for a minute while they unload, but that's just part of the day. We stay open late most evenings because that's when people realize they forgot something for their project. It’s just a basic, honest shop for the neighborhood.
