Bajrang Sweet Home

Sadar Bazar is always a loud and busy place to be, and our shop is right in the middle of all that noise. We’ve been at this location for a long time now. Every morning starts with the same routine of getting the milk and sugar ready. Since it’s a market area, we get all kinds of people coming through. Some are just passing by, and others have been coming to us for years. The shop isn't much to look at, but it does the job. We focus on making the sweets fresh every single day because things sell out pretty fast here. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving heavy pots around. Sometimes the market gets so crowded you can barely walk outside the door, but we just keep working inside. We don't use any fancy machines; most of what we do is by hand. It feels more natural that way. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all help each other out when needed. It’s a tight-knit community in Sadar Bazar. When the festival season hits, it’s completely chaotic, but we enjoy the rush. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know Bajrang Sweet Home is here. We keep the counters full and try to make sure everyone gets what they want before we close up for the night.
