Baba Ramdev Battery Works

We are set up over at Jawal Harji Chouraha, right on Jalore Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty dusty with all the trucks and cars driving past the crossroads. Baba Ramdev Battery Works isn't a shiny new building; it’s a practical shop where we focus on getting batteries back to life. We have rows of black batteries sitting on the floor and on wooden benches. There is always the smell of grease and metal in the air because we’re constantly working on connections or cleaning off terminals. The Jalore Road traffic never really stops, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our door. Most of the people who come to see us are truck drivers or farmers from the nearby areas who need their equipment running. We don't have a fancy waiting room or air conditioning. Usually, customers just stand around and talk while we finish up a repair or check a charging system. It’s a straightforward way of working. We use our hands and basic tools to fix what we can. Sometimes a battery is just too old and we have to tell the owner it’s time for a new one. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we’ve seen the road change quite a bit, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It’s just an honest place to get your battery looked at.
