You’ll find us at 99, Shanti Nagar in Sirohi. Our company is called Ashtvinayak Buildhome LLP. Sirohi is a quiet town, and Shanti Nagar is a nice spot for an office because it isn’t as noisy as the main market area. We’ve been here for a while, working on different building projects in and around the town. We are a small team and we don’t go in for any of that corporate polish. Our office is just a simple place where we keep our ledgers and blueprints. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting the plots where we have work going on. The sun in Sirohi can be really strong, so we try to get the site visits done early in the morning. We don’t have a mission statement or any fancy slogans. We just build houses and other structures for people who need them. It involves a lot of back and forth with the local departments to get the right permissions. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time with paperwork than with bricks, but that is part of the job. We know most of the people around Shanti Nagar by now. It is a friendly place to work. We just focus on doing the work properly and making sure the buildings are solid. It’s a plain and simple approach, but it works for us.
