Apna Gift & Bangles

Apna Gift & Bangles is located right in the heart of the Sabji Mandi area within Sadar Bazar. It’s a very busy spot because of the vegetable market nearby, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise outside our door. We sell a mix of beautiful bangles and various gift items that people like to buy when they are out doing their regular shopping. Our shop isn't very big, and we often have to stack boxes quite high to make room for everything. We spend a lot of time helping ladies match their bangles to their outfits, which can be a slow process sometimes. The gift side of the shop has everything from small trinkets to bigger items for housewarmings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us making sure the customers get what they need. The floors can get a bit dirty with everyone coming in from the market, so we are constantly sweeping up. Sadar Bazar is a tough place to work because it’s so crowded, but we like the energy. We try to keep our prices reasonable so that the local people can afford a little something nice for themselves or their families. It’s just a regular shop where we do our best to stay busy and keep the shelves full.
