Agarwal Lassi House

We have been here in Halwai Bazar for quite some time now. People usually know us as Agarwal Lassi House. It is a busy spot in Sheoganj, especially when the weather gets hot and everyone is looking for something cold to drink. We mostly just focus on making our lassi the way it has always been done around here. There is no big secret to it, we just show up early and get things ready before the other shops open. The bazar stays pretty crowded, so it gets noisy outside our door most days. We use the same big metal containers and stir things by hand because that is how we learned it. Sometimes we run out of stock earlier than expected if the crowd is big, but that is just how it goes with a small shop. Most of the people coming in are regulars who live nearby or work in the other shops around the Halwai Bazar area. We do not really do much fancy stuff or try to change things up too much. If you walk down the main lane, you will see us there among the other food stalls. It is a small space, so it gets tight when five or six people are waiting at once. We do not have much in the way of seating, but people do not seem to mind standing while they finish their glass. It is just us doing what we know how to do every day.
