Shoolini Blessings Hospital Private Limited is located at a place called Holy Home in VPO Oanchghat. It’s a bit of a quiet area, which is actually quite nice for a hospital. We’ve been here for a bit, and the building has its own character. It’s not one of those modern, sterile-looking places you see in the big cities. We have enough room for what we need to do. Managing the hospital means we spend most of our time dealing with supplies and making sure the rooms are ready for patients. Oanchghat is a small enough place that you get to know the neighbors quickly. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising because people just find us when they need us. The paperwork for the private limited side of things takes up a lot of my time, sitting at the old wooden desk in the back office. Sometimes the rain here is so loud on the roof you can barely hear yourself talk, but we like it. We focus on the basic stuff, like keeping the floors clean and making sure the staff is on time for their shifts. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't need fancy slogans or big mission statements. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s a simple life here in the hills, and we just keep the hospital running as best as we can.
