Our office is right in Rajgarh, tucked into the Chandel Complex near the post office. It’s a handy spot because everyone passes by there eventually. Sharma Shubh Construction is a one-person type of company, mostly, though we have people we call in for the bigger jobs. Being in Sirmour, we get a mix of different types of building work. Some days it's just small repairs, and other times it's something bigger that takes months. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the contracts signed and talk about what needs to be done next. We focus on the practical side of building. The hills around Rajgarh can be tricky for foundations, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are solid. We don't use those slick brochures or websites. We just talk to people and show them what we've done before. It’s a straightforward business. We buy our supplies from local dealers when we can. Working in a small town like Rajgarh means you have to be honest because word travels fast. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss or extra cost. It's a busy life, but it works for us. If you're walking past the post office, you've probably seen our sign out front. That’s about as much marketing as we do around here.
