Our location is over at 242/1 in Ward No. 5, right in Shamsherpur. This is part of Paonta Sahib in the Sirmour district. It is a busy industrial spot but you still get that feeling of being near the hills. The facility is quite large because of the nature of what we do at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, but on the inside, it is just a lot of people focused on their specific jobs. We have a lot of locals from the area coming in for their shifts every day. It is a big part of the community here. The air in Paonta Sahib has that mountain crispness sometimes, especially in the mornings when the sun is just coming up over the trees. We are not about flashy offices or luxury lounges. Most of our space is taken up by the equipment and the workstations needed for our daily output. It is a functional environment. There is a lot of routine here, with people moving between different sections and making sure everything is running like it should. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for a quick meal, and that is usually the loudest part of the day. The rest of the time, it is just the hum of the machines and the sound of people working. It is a grounded place to be. We are just a group of people in Sirmour doing our part in a very practical, straightforward way.
