Newdev Bhoomi Himachal Nidhi Limited

We are located right near the B.D.O Office on Habban Road in Rajgarh. Newdev Bhoomi Himachal Nidhi Limited has been here for a bit now. Being in the Rajgarh Tehsil means we get a lot of people coming by who are already in town for government work. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the B.D.O office is. The road can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s normal for Habban Road. Inside, it’s just a plain office. We have our computers and our files, and that’s about it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done. The staff is mostly local, so we talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a small-town atmosphere. Sometimes the office gets crowded on market days, and other times it’s very quiet. We don't have any scripted speeches. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like normal. It’s a basic operation. We focus on keeping the records straight and making sure everything is handled the right way. It is a simple place for a simple business, right here in the heart of Rajgarh. We’ve been at this location and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s our base, and we are happy with the way things are going day to day. We just keep our heads down and do the paperwork.
