Aitne Pharmaceutical is located over at Plot No 21 in Baddi, right where Archana Industries is. If you know the Manpura area, it’s pretty busy with all the factories and trucks moving around. Baddi is a loud place, always something happening on the roads. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and workstations for the pharma work we do. It gets quite dusty outside because of the construction nearby, but we keep the inside clean for the products. Archana Industries shares the space or is the main landmark here. We usually start early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of our time goes into managing the supply chain and making sure the batches are ready. It’s not an easy job, but we’ve got a rhythm. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, but we have backups. It’s a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives. We don’t have a front desk with a receptionist or anything. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone moving boxes or writing in a logbook. It’s a real working environment, nothing like those corporate offices in the big cities. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we show up and work. It is just how things are here in the Baddi unit.
