Kuppu Export

You can find us at No. 2/15 Thirupandur Street in Pagasalai, which is part of the Nagai District. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We started Kuppu Export out of a small space right here in the village. It’s mostly just us and a few local workers who help with the packing. We deal with products that come from around this region. Since we are in Nagai, we see a lot of different things pass through our hands. The building we use is just a regular house that we converted into an office and storage area. It’s got a big porch where we sit and talk to the farmers or the small-scale producers. The road outside is paved but narrow, so we have to be careful when the bigger vans come to pick up the orders. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big management structure. It’s a family-run thing, mostly. We spend our days making sure everything is packed tight and labeled correctly. Mistakes happen, but we try to fix them as soon as we see them. It's a slow pace of life here in Pagasalai, but the export business keeps us on our toes. We’ve known most of our neighbors for years, and they often stop by for a chat while we are working. It’s just how things are done here. There is no need for anything fancy when you have good neighbors and steady work to do.
