Balaji Textiles Sircilla

You will find us at 8 4 61/B/4/1 in Gandhi Nagar. This is Balaji Textiles Sircilla. Sircilla is very famous for its cloth and weaving, and we are right in the middle of all that action. Our shop is full of rolls of different fabrics from floor to ceiling. It is dusty work and the smell of the looms is always in the air around here. We have been in this spot for many years. The shelves are stacked so high that we have to use a long wooden ladder just to get something down for a customer to look at. Gandhi Nagar is a busy area with lots of people moving about and bikes everywhere. We are not doing anything fancy here, just selling textiles like the rest of the shops. A marketing team or any of that isn't something we have. It is mostly just me and one helper who comes in the afternoons. We spend our days measuring out lengths of cloth and cutting them for people. My hands are usually a bit stained from the different dyes depending on what fabrics we are handling that morning. No computer system is used for the shop; I still use a simple paper bill book for everything we sell. It is much easier to keep track of things way for me. Some days are very slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days are crowded.
