Kale Hospital

This Kale Hospital is located in Ranjangaon Deshmukh, right near the Sai Mandir. Having the temple so close means there are always people around, especially on Thursdays when the crowds get bigger. It is a small-town hospital, so the atmosphere is quite different from the big city ones. We see a lot of people from the nearby farms and small houses. The building is a simple structure that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood perfectly. Inside, it is very basic. We have a few beds, a small area for medicine, and a place for the doctor to sit and talk to folks. It’s not very modern, but it serves the people who live out here. You might see a stray cat wandering near the entrance sometimes during the day. The staff is local, and we often know the families of the patients who come in to see us. There is no fancy uniform or corporate badges here. We just wear what is practical for the day's work. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open for a little breeze. People usually come in after finishing their work in the fields or at home. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the temple bells and the occasional tractor passing by on the main road.
