Our factory is at C-11 MIDC in the Malegaon area of Sinnar. We are right opposite KSB, which is a big place everyone knows. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. We make precision components here. It sounds complicated, but it is just about being careful with the measurements and the machines. The shop floor is where we spend all our time. It’s a decent-sized space but it fills up fast with raw materials and finished parts. Sinnar is a bit away from the main city, so it’s a bit quieter out here, though the industrial zone itself is always humming. We have a regular crew of guys who come in every shift to keep things moving. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just desks and files. We prefer to spend our time out where the work is actually happening. It can get dusty and noisy, but that is expected in a place like this. We’ve been at C-11 for a while now and we know the area well. Most of our days are spent checking specs and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it. We just focus on getting the components out the door.
