Biroba Hospital

Out here in Post Talegaon, things are a lot slower. We are in the Sangamner district, and the hospital is near the Jilapuri Parishad School. You can hear the children playing and shouting during their break times. It’s a nice sound to have in the background while we work at Biroba Hospital. The road to get here is a bit rough, but the locals know it well. We aren't a big city hospital with lots of floors. It’s a simple building that fits in with the rest of Tale Gaon. Most of the people who come here are farmers or families from the nearby villages. We know most of them by name. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, but we have enough to take care of the basic things. The rooms are plain, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. But it’s clean and it works for what we need. We spend our mornings checking on the patients who stayed overnight. Then we wait for the people who walk in from the village. In the evening, the school goes quiet and the birds start settling in the trees. We finish up our notes and lock the doors. It’s a quiet life in Talegaon. We are just glad to be here for the people who live in this part of Sangamner.
