We are located at Q/No-B-743 in Sector-B of the NCL area in Dudhichua. This is in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, so we are right in the heart of the mining and industrial region. Thermax Limited has a presence here because there is a lot of work to be done. Our office is more like a home base where we manage everything. You might have seen our mobile number listed on the signs around here because we like to keep communication simple. We aren't fancy people. Most of us wear work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty if the situation calls for it. The dust from the local area is just part of our lives, and we don't complain about it. We just keep the office as clean as we can and focus on the technical tasks we are responsible for. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but the people here are hardworking and honest. We don't have time for corporate games or long, boring meetings. We just want to get the job done right so we can go home. We are just a small part of this big industrial landscape, and we are happy to just do our part without making a big scene. It's a very practical way of living and working for us.
