Shri Balaji Industrial Services

Our office is at C-35 in Sector B&C of the Dudhichua Project, which is run by NCL in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. This is coal country, so everything around here is geared toward the mines. Shri Balaji Industrial Services has been part of this landscape for a while now. It is a rugged place to work, with heavy machinery and big trucks moving around constantly. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle service calls and manage our crew. We spend a lot of time out at the project sites making sure things are running the way they should. It is a lot of hard work and the environment can be pretty harsh with all the dust and the sun. We don't have a fancy board of directors or a glossy manual. We just have a set of tools and a team that knows how to use them. In the evenings, we usually sit around the office and talk about what needs to be fixed the next day. Being in such a remote part of M.P. means we have to be self-reliant. We don't wait for others to tell us what to do. We just see a problem and we go out and try to fix it. It is a simple, hardworking life out here in the mining belt. We don't pretend to be more than we are, just people doing a job.
