Our office is over in Waidhan City, specifically at House number four hundred in Laxmi Market, Jayant. We are in Ward twenty, which is a fairly active part of the city. Being in the market means there is always a lot of movement around us. You can hear the shopkeepers calling out and the bikes humming by all day long. We have a small space here where we handle all our daily business. It’s not a huge place, and sometimes the filing cabinets get a bit crowded, but we know where everything is. The staff here are all local people who live around Singrauli. We know the streets and the people who come into the market to do their shopping. Working in Laxmi Market keeps us busy because there are always folks walking past our door. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine. We usually just send someone out for tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. Most of the folks who visit us are just regular people looking to get their paperwork sorted out. We don't put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We are just a small team in a busy market doing what we need to do. If you are walking through Ward twenty, you can find us easily enough near the other shops. It’s a practical place for a practical job, and we like it that way.
